Starts on Thursday at 6pm with an introductory lecture, followed by two intensive breathing sessions on Friday and two on Saturday, where you switch roles as sitter and breather. On Sunday we will meet for sharing and after lunch we will say goodbye. Food provided, please bring a sleeping bag, drinking bottle, eye patch and comfortable clothing.
