Start on Friday at 6 pm with dinner, followed by an introductory lecture. On Saturday, there will be two breathing sessions, where you will switch the roles of sitter and breather. On Sunday we will meet for sharing and after lunch we will say goodbye. Food provided, sleeping on mattresses on site. Please bring a sleeping bag, drinking bottle, eye scarf and comfortable clothes. Price 3,800 CZK.
