We cordially invite you to a residential weekend workshop of Holotropic Breathwork in Drozdov. We will meet in a small group (max. 14 participants).
PROGRAM:
We will start on Thursday at 18:00 and close on Sunday around 13:00.
- Thursday: dinner, introductions and introductory lecture
- Friday: breakfast, first breathwork, lunch break, second breathwork, dinner
- Saturday: breakfast, first breathwork, lunch break, second breathwork, dinner
- Sunday: breakfast-lunch, sharing, farewell
! Please make arrangements so that you are able to attend the seminar from the beginning to the very end. !

We sleep in the common area on mattresses at the seminar venue.
